Dawn Owens teaches various IT-related courses as an Assistant Professor at Bellevue University in the College of Information Technology. In addition, Owens is a doctoral candidate at the College of Information Science and Technology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Her research interests are in the area of virtual project management, virtual teams, and software quality assurance. Her research has been published in IEEE IT Professional, Journal of the Association of Information Systems, and she also has a book chapter to her credit. She is currently working on her dissertation studying the impact of virtual world technology capabilities in engendering trust in virtual teams. Owens is an accomplished IT professional with experience in software development, project management, software quality assurance, strategic planning, and leadership. She received a master's and undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, both from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Anissa Stein (MBA, MS, PMP) has over 15 years of business coaching, project/program management, and operations management experience. She has led projects ranging from small to very large (a Bank of America acquisition implementation and a Lockheed Martin transition project with project teams of 50 or more). Her roles have included project director, trainer, client relations, coach and operations manager. Anissa is a Program Director and Assistant Professor at Bellevue University. There she implemented an accelerated Bachelor’s of Science degree program in Project Management in September of 2009. She is also a leadership coach specializing in project and team effectiveness through her business, The Coaching Connection LLC. She is currently employed as the Manager of Security Consulting for a large financial services firm. A 25 year IT veteran, Robert was recently elected International Vice President of ISACA (previously known as the Information Systems and Control Association) and Vice President of ISACA’s research affiliate, the IT Governance Institute (ITGI). He is a recognized industry speaker and leader, serving on the USA itSMF Advisory Board, its Governance Committee and the COBIT Steering Committee. He worked on the ITIL Version 3 project as part of the ITIL Advisory Group and as a Mentor and Reviewer for some of the newly published ITIL V3 volumes. He has authored several titles on ITIL and COBIT and served as a reviewer of the COBIT 4.0 to ITIL Version 2 mapping document.
